Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing orders, inventory and shipment
- Handle customers’ inquiries – quotation, invoicing etc
- Processing of sales orders
- Handling Shipping documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and customers on shipment matters
- Any other general administrative duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Good follow up skills and record maintenance.
- Able to start immediately
