Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing orders, inventory and shipment
  • Handle customers’ inquiries – quotation, invoicing etc
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Handling Shipping documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers on shipment matters
  • Any other general administrative duties assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Good follow up skills and record maintenance.
  • Able to start immediately
